About Bishop Endgame
Bishop endgames divide into two fundamentally different types: same-colored bishops and opposite-colored bishops. Same-color bishop endgames often lead to decisive results when one player has a passer, while opposite-colored bishops are notorious for producing draws even with large material imbalances. These puzzles develop essential technique for both types.
