About Kingside Attack
The kingside attack is among the most common attacking strategies in chess. After the opponent has castled kingside, a determined attack with pawns, pieces, or both can open lines toward the king. These puzzles develop the tactical patterns needed to prosecute a successful kingside attack — from pawn breaks to sacrificial combinations that shatter the king's defenses.
How to use these puzzles
Study the position carefully before moving any pieces. Try to find the best move on your own, then click on the piece you want to move and select the target square.
